NUS Information Technology Internship (Summer 2021)

Completed an internship at NUS Information Technology (May 2021 to Jul 2021) Worked on the project described below: One-Stop (Admission/Graduation) Service Portal - Designed a service portal using Design Thinking approach. - Integrated admission/graduation related information, functions and services, and develop into a new one-stop service portal – one for admission and one for graduation. - Worked with relevant systems via Web Services/APIs so as to track activities, timeline, completion status, and display them on a dashboard for students. - Involved in the development of trigger event-based notifications or mobile alerts on periodic intervals to remind students of upcoming event or activity deadline.
