Construction Law

Participants of the course will have knowledge of Construction Law so that they can manage projects will and complete them within good quality materials and workmanship and within time and budget. Participants will have knowledge and skills in application of Standard forms of construction contract, The Security of Payment Act and relevant legislations. They would be able to understand and carry out the contractual and statutory obligations and also assert his/her rights.
