Developing Digital Economy Readiness

This programme is designed to equip public sector participants with the necessary digital skills and mindsets to develop the digital economy for their countries. Participants will be able to learn the characteristics of digital organizations, including their operating models, organizational structures, capabilities, and mindsets. The programme will begin with the participants analysing industry trends and disruptions fuelled by the digitalisation of products, digital services, and business models and how it applies to their organisation. It will also build the participants’ skills in identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and user experience, including using data analytics to make sound decisions. The participants will also be able to understand the trends of AI and Cybersecurity in the current digital economy, focusing on Explainable & Responsible AI to promote AI innovation and adoption. At the end of the programme, the participants will learn how to integrate their learning to design, innovate, and deliver programmes that provide digitally enabled citizen services, promote business and enhance the quality of citizens’ lives.
