'This course aims to equip students with strategic insights and analytical skills of technology, intellectual property (IP) and business competition. Effective collection and transformation of information into competitive intelligence requires a comprehensive awareness of enterprise niches and alternatives. It needs a thorough understanding of the strategic frameworks and decisions with regard to business, technology and IP. This course covers main topics such as : (1) In-house IP management and strategy (2) Hands-on training of information search and intelligence analysis and (3) IP roadmapping to support technological roadmap.'
