Evaluating Interactive Solutions

This course covers the both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods for user interfaces and interactions. It will include both rapid evaluation techniques such as heuristic evaluations, paper prototyping, wizard of oz evaluations, as well as the more rigorous controlled studies. It will also teach both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques including thematic analysis and statistical tests.
