Energy and Decarbonisation in Singapore

This programme examines the role of Singapore's energy sector in climate action, focusing on the challenges and proposed mitigation that Singapore can adopt in the energy transition towards a low-carbon economy. At the end of the course, participants will: - Introduced to the concept of sustainability and climate change, and how energy plays a major role in climate mitigation. - Issues relating to the impending energy transition, including challenges and solutions from scientific and technological to economic and geopolitical perspectives will be discussed. - Introduced to Singapore’s circumstances and deep decarbonisation strategy.
