Mental Health Literacy

Student went through the training to equip them with knowledge and skills to lend support to their friends. Student acquired basic understanding on peer supporter role, recognizing signs of distress and the knowledge of common mental health conditions and destigmatizing mental health issues. Student also equipped peer supporting skills such as active listening and paraphrasing skills.
