'Research-focused Pathway (RfP) is one of the three study pathways in the College of Design and Engineering. The pathways are designed to help students realise the career that best suit their strengths, interests and aspirations. RfP focuses on preparing students for the R&D sector. Thus, in addition to taking core courses, students on the RfP are required to take certain graduate level electives, conduct internship in Research Institutes/Laboratories and work on a research-focused final year project.
