Engineering Leadership in Uncertainty

Against the current backdrop of global uncertainty and downturn, leaders need to keep abreast of regional macroeconomic and geo-political landscape, embrace changes and diversity, and lead his or her organisation to navigate through the crisis. This programme aims to provide leaders from the engineering industry with insights to better decision making in an unpredictable and volatile global business environment. Through facilitated learning, case studies, industry-led examples and project work, participants are exposed to the global economic and socio-political developments, impact of innovations and disruptions to the engineering sector, and how to lead their organisations to cope with and embrace change. The project work serves as a hands-on practice for participants to apply all the concepts learnt in the programme, and outcomes are likely to be relevant and transferable to their workplace.
