KENNETH NEOH KIM HOW
This 1.5-day instructor-led course is designed to enable participants to understand the functions and roles that help IT service management staff to deliver, manage and support client services and operations for customers. The course will make use of the industry framework and best practices for IT Service Management – namely Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) – for delivering IT-enabled client applications and infrastructure services.
