Cellular Networks and 5G (Synchronous e-learning) (Completion)

Over the last 25 years, cellular network technologies have evolved over multiple generations and the latest 5G networks are poised to play an integral role in the digitized work and living environments of the near future. This course will introduce the participants to the fundamental concepts and technologies behind cellular networks. The course will emphasize heavily on 5G networks including their architecture and core technologies. The course will also introduce the students to supporting technologies for 5G, cyber security considerations, and strategies for the deployment and management of 5G network. Use cases of 5G will be resented in the Singapore context.
