Leading in the 21st Century (Participation)

'Taking an interdisciplinary approach to leadership, this course prepares students to re-examine the nature of work, organization and leadership. Looking from outside in, this course begins by examining the impact of the external environment on organizations, and transformations in the nature of doing business on employee-employer relationships The course will also highlight the implications that the changing nature of work has on how leaders� manage work performance and organizational control. Key issues andimpact of this new norm on organization performance and diverse workforce will be highlighted.'
