This course teaches: - the main purpose of planning the stakeholder engagement i.e. to lay the foundation for effective, maintainable relationships, and communication with stakeholders - vendor assessment process which includes the determination of the scope of the change, vendor selection, request for proposal, evaluation and vendor assessment - performance measures, how to analyze solution and enterprise limitations, and how to evaluate a digital solution
