GRADUATE SEMINAR MODULE IN PHARMACY (Competence)

'Lectures on literature survey, writing and assessing manuscripts and research proposals, as well as techniques in seminar and poster presentations will be introduced. The lectures and the corresponding assignments and tutorials in writing and reviewing manuscript/research proposal will serve to facilitate the fulfilment of the main objective in developing the skill set needed, including critical thinking, for effective scientific writing and communication. In addition, additional lectures for covering research methodology, ethics in basic and clinical sciences as well as basic concepts in Intellectual Property (IP) will be added to the course as these are fundamentally important concepts that must be understood by research students.'
