Graduate Certificate in Intelligent Software Agents (Competence)

The goal of the Graduate Certificate in “Intelligent Software Agents” (ISA) is to teach participants the skills and industry best practices for building autonomous software agents that can act on behalf of the user to undertake tasks and retrieve information and answers as well as build intelligent software agents that can automate business processes and undertake Intelligent Robotic Process Automation. For example, intelligent virtual workers that are able to mimic real persons to take business related actions and procedures by operating a computer and computer applications, in various business processes and industry domains. This graduate certificate is a part of the Stackable Graduate Certificate Programme in Artificial Intelligent Systems.
