Trisector Strategy and Innovation for Transformation (Problem Setting)

This is a 1-day course to focus on finding the right problem to solve for one’s organisation. This entails a problem-statement component and an environment-organisation component culminating with a problem setting map (project). After completing this short course, the participants would be able to: - Understand and apply problem setting techniques - Understand and apply environment and organizational analysis (PESTEL, VRIO, SWOT/TOWS) techniques - Find the right problem to solve
