This course will provide for students from non-financial background a strong foundation for financial statements interpretation and analysis. By the end of the course, students should be able to interpret basic financial statements and perform comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate a business for decision making. Following topics are discussed, with reference to real-world business case studies: - Balance sheet analysis; - Income Statement analysis; - Cash Flow Statement analysis; - Financial ratios analysis; - Comprehensive financial analysis application to business decision-making.
