Software Development Fundamentals

This course is targeted at students who have no programming background but interested in learning programming and working within the software development community. The course teaches programming concepts, data structure with writing and styling HTML pages. On completion of the course, the students would be able to: • Apply object oriented programming principles to writing programs • Identify and use the correct data structure to represent information • Use libraries to read files, connected to remote processes, create threads • Create HTML pages and style them with CSS This course is part of the Professional Diploma in Software Development offered by NUS-ISS.
