Professional Development and Employability in ASEAN

The Professional Development and Employability workshop is curated to empower youth to navigate cross-border job markets in the region. It focuses on youth capacity building through interactive participation, and touched on three main topics: (1) ASEAN awareness and identity building, (2) current workforce trend and demand, and (3) young professional adaptability. At the end of the workshop, participants would be able to: 1) Master skills on defining personal brand with global mindset through LinkedIn; 2) Understand the role of building networks for personal and professional success; 3) Identify the key skills & relationships needed to advance in your early career; and 4) Learn core interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships at work.
