Reliability Engineering (Completion)

Reliability Engineering is an important element for sound and robust engineering systems, particularly in defence and large scale infrastructure. This course introduces the basic concepts, probability models and statistical methods directed toward the solution of problems in predicting and estimating reliability. Participants will learn how to apply engineering statistics concepts and operations research techniques to the field of reliability, including graphical methods, lifetime data analysis, parameter estimation and model building. It also introduces the use of software such as Minitab in reliability engineering.
