6. Develop project monitoring and controlling processes and documentation, including work performance reports, earned value management metrics, integrated change control, scope validation, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and procurement control, and monitoring of communications, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
7. Develop the processes and documentation for project closing, including formal customer acceptance, final report, finalised lessons learned register, and closing meeting.
