At the end of the course, learners should be able to: 1. Describe the importance and attributes of successful projects in the context of business strategy and portfolio management. 2. Explain the five phases of predictive project management life cycle and ten project management knowledge areas. 3. Develop the project charter, assumption log, and stakeholder register during project initiation. 4. Develop the project management plan, scope management plan, schedule management plan, cost management plan, quality management plan, resource management plan, communications management plan, stakeholder engagement management plan, risk management plan, and procurement management plan during project planning. 5. Explain how to implement project execution processes, including direct and manage project work, manage project knowledge, manage quality, acquire resources, develop team, manage team, manage communications, implement risk responses, conduct procurements, manage stakeholder engagement. 6. Develop project monitoring and controlling processes and documentation, including work performance reports, earned value management metrics, integrated change control, scope validation, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and procurement control, and monitoring of communications, risks, and stakeholder engagement. 7. Develop the processes and documentation for project closing, including formal customer acceptance, final report, finalised lessons learned register, and closing meeting.
