Advanced Skills in Pharmacy Practice (Competence)

'This course is aimed at imparting clinical and professional skills necessary for a successful patient encounter, with a focus on skills necessary to obtain thorough and accurate medical and medication histories, ensure proper documentation and writing of clinical SOAP notes, as well as, communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals. It will also allow the students to gain an understanding of the principles and methods of basic physical examination.'
