Establish, Implement and Maintain Biorisk Management System for Biomedical Laboratories

This course (BRMC 302) allows learners to have an in-depth understanding of every aspect of the laboratory Biorisk Management (BRM) System, consisting of the four main phases of Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA) cycle for continuous improvement. This course also covers laboratory certification and accreditation processes including certification of containment facilities (e.g., BSL-3) by Ministry of Health. This course aims to equip learners with the following insights: -Set up and implement a laboratory Biorisk Management (BRM) System -Assess/evaluate and monitor of BRM performance through laboratory inspections and audits. -Review of BRM system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. -Laboratory Accreditation and Certification
