NUS Information Technology Internship (Summer 2023)

Completed an internship at NUS Information Technology (May to Aug 2023). Worked on the Happy Index System project described below: NUS IT aims to build a system (Happy Index) with the ability to allow the public to provide feedback on their experience and satisfaction level within NUS. The system will provide the following modules: 1. Forms Management 2. Admin User Management 3. Roles and Privileges 4. Reports / Statistics This is a complete end-to-end solution for creating and publishing a form to get feedback from the respondents. Responses will be saved and data analytics performed to improve the working and studying environment in NUS. Over the course of the internship, the intern has been involved in the fulfillment of the below: • Applying software development concepts into practical experience • Gaining experience through participation in the software development cycle • Developing Project management skills • Managing end user expectations for software development
