Learning Outcomes
a. Understand key theories, principles and concepts of Resilience, drawing upon leading research in Neuroscience and Psychological Sciences, i.e., clinical, sports, social, positive and performance psychology;
b. Understand the utility of Resilience-related cognitive skills and mental strategies, such as emotional regulation, inhibitory control and reframing;
c. Know how Resilience-building skills and techniques can be utilised to achieve high-performance goals;
d. Be able to plan, identify, execute and debrief the use of Resilience skills in stress-provoking situations;
e. Be able to proficiently utilise the various Resilience-building techniques across different contexts, e.g., in training vs operational situations; and
f. Be confident in building positive relationships within teams through compassion, empathy and optimism.
