Green Finance for the Built Environment

This course introduces participants with the Integration of economic principles and the environmental and social aspects of green building performance. It offers insights into the shift of sustainability from an expenditure to a source of revenue, as well as the application of carbon shadow pricing in cost-benefit analyses for sustainability projects within the public sector.
