Chinese Language: Its Past and Present (Competence)

'Learners will gain deeper understanding in the more technical aspects of the Chinese Language, in terms of its sound system, Hanyu Pinyin, vocabulary and sentence structures. Learners will also gain insights into its evolution and the contributing factors. With these knowledge and skills, learners will be able to recalibrate the level difficulty and complexity of such technical components to age-appropriate levels, bridging learning gaps for their own students in understanding various aspects of the language.'
