Design Thinking: Creative and Strategic Business Solutions (Synchronous e-learning)

-Through activities and exploration of case studies, the participants will learn how design thinking works and begin to apply tools, methods, processes and mindsets to their professional workplace. Practice the skills of design thinking through hands-on activities and to increase the confidence in their creative abilities. It’s the first step in unlocking the hidden creative potential. By the end of this course, students will be able to: Apply design thinking processes, create curiosity and collaborative mindset to achieve a holistic understanding of how businesses case can be resolved by implementing cost-effective solutions/products/services by applying design thinking concepts. Combining with an aesthetic appreciation of how to create, designs products, solutions or services in broader and wider contexts that are sustainable for a long period of time.
