Solution Evaluation - TFIP

A business analyst evaluates a solution from the perspective of what value the solution brings to the business. The evaluation is not about the implementation of the solution but the impact on the business.If the solution does not produce the gains that motivated the investment to begin with, the solution has little value. This course teaches performance measures, how to analyze solution and enterprise limitations, and how to evaluate a digital solution.
