Digital Leadership Academy (DLA) Programme

The Digital Leadership Academy Programme is the priority program of MCI in preparing digital talent for senior levels from various leadership positions in Indonesia. Through this eight half-day programme, participants will have the opportunity to hear from, and engage with experts at the LKY School who work at the crossroad of technology, public policy, governance, and economic development, as well as practitioners who work on technology and innovation in government and businesses. The programme allows participants to understand the implications of digital innovation and the roles and policies they can use to handle the digital world. This enables them to rethink the skills needed in these times of extreme uncertainty and new unthinkables which are essential when innovation becomes essential.
