Certificate of Participation in Programme Design and Evaluation

This skill-based workshop will introduce practical concepts and skills in designing an impactful programme. Participants will work in groups to design a real programme for implementation. By the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to: 1. Conduct a Situation Analysis (including a problem analysis, an environmental analysis and a stakeholder analysis) 2. Chart a roadmap to facilitate change (using Theory of Change) by linking evidence-based best practices, assumptions and outcomes. 3. Construct a simple Logic Model using SMART indicators A certificate of participation will be awarded to participants upon attending and completing the entire workshop.
