Design, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation (Part 1)

This skill-based workshop introduced practical concepts and skills necessary to design an impactful health programme. At the end of the 2-day workshop, participants were able to: 1. Conduct a Situation Analysis (including a problem analysis, an environmental analysis and a stakeholder analysis) 2. Chart a roadmap to facilitate change (using Theory of Change) by linking evidence-based best practices, assumptions and outcomes. 3. Construct a simple Logic Model using SMART indicators
