Remember Me - Strengthening Psycho Social Interventions in Persons with Dementia and Their Caregivers (May 2023)

This course aims to provide an exchange and learning platform for social workers to discuss the management of persons with dementia and the care issues that their caregivers face. Through case discussion and experiential learning, participants will learn to integrate knowledge on dementia, the philosophy and principles of care, coping with the trajectory of illness till end of life, and translate knowledge and skills into practice.
