MASTER OF MEDICINE (FAMILY MEDICINE) COURSE

This course aims to prepare doctors for the Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) MMed (Fam Med) Examination, by exposing course participants to a period of intensive training, including care for the child, adolescent, adult and the elderly, in a primary care setting.

This advanced preparatory course comprises a comprehensive programme, ranging from lectures to practical sessions such as the reading of X-rays and ECGs. The clinical sessions involve examining patients and discussing management to the standard of a proficient family physician.
