Chief Strategy Officer

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) programme is designed for senior executives responsible for strategy formulation and execution. This programme encompasses both theoretical and practical aspects of strategic leadership so that participants can gain a competitive edge in today's dynamic business landscape. There are three core modules in the programme: Global Strategy, Executing Growth Strategies, and Global Leadership. Upon completing these foundational modules, participants will choose two elective modules from: Digital Marketing: Strategies, Models and Frameworks, Transforming Customer Experience: Strategies for Service Industry, and Business Analytics for Strategic Decisions. This multi-modular learning journey is designed to provide a holistic and immersive experience for senior executives based on their individual needs and goals. Through executive reflection sessions, participants would also be able to foster personal and professional growth. With new knowledge, skills, and insights to excel in strategic leadership roles, participants are empowered to redefine their strategy playbook and successfully navigate the complexities of today's business environment in order to position their organizations for transformative growth.
