Building Blocks of the Metaverse

This course helps learners understand how businesses can best take advantage of opportunities afforded by the Metaverse. As part of the course, various technologies such as Augmented and Virtual Reality, Internet-of-things, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Cloud will be briefly introducted to learners, with an emphasis on how they all fit together to create the Metaverse of business opportunities. By giving an overview of the roles that each of these technologies play in enabling innovation in the Metaverse, learners will explore the interconnection between these seemingly disparate pieces of the puzzle to create business ideas that are greater than the sum of their parts.
