Executive Certificate in Real Estate Finance

The evolution of the real estate investment industry has created a demand for a special group of professionals who not only have deep knowledge and understanding of the real estate market, but are also familiar with the dynamics of the capital markets. To meet this demand, the Executive Certificate in Real Estate Finance (ECREF) was introduced to integrate the best of real estate and finance knowledge. Participants will acquire critical concepts and skills relevant throughout the life cycle of a public/private real estate fund, from fund raising, acquisition, and asset management to exit. This pool of trained specialists will enhance Singapore’s attractiveness as the real estate investment and fund management hub in Asia.
