Quality Improvement in Healthcare (Competence)

'This course aims to equip healthcare professionals with quality improvement tools and techniques for problem-solving and process improvement. Participants will be provided with theoretical and reflective exercises to be familiarised with the use of several quality improvement tools. Subsequently, the participants can employ these tools in a quality improvement or patient safety project back in their respective job roles.'
