Negotiation: Essentials is a course where students go through structured lessons to learn interest based negotiation. The course is centered around on ways to help students to respond to difficult negotiation situations in a constructive manner and equip them with useful life skills such as conflict resolution. The course teaches the principles of negotiation but more importantly, it goes deeper to understand how biases shape our interaction and behaviour. Throughout the course, students will learn about assumptions about interpersonal relationships, communication styles and how to improve their noticing, listening and questioning skills.
